Birthday Cake

Yesterday was my wife’s birthday. We had some friends over last night to celebrate and ended up taking the party to the beach. I ordered her cake from Apple Annie’s, a local bakery, and was very impressed with their creativity. They used shredded coconut for the sand and all of the shells were made out of icing.
